Just thought I make a quick post about portions and how easy it is to underestimate. I was feeling peckish and went to the kitchen for side healthy snacks, I landed on nuts. On this cap, I have 3 cashews, 6 almonds and 3 pistachios. They amount to 25+40+10=75 calories. Yes, shocking right?
