Teeth Whitening!

I often get a case of the munchies at night despite having eaten dinner — either I didn’t eat enough or I just get a sudden craving. To prevent myself from eating, here’s a trick I use: whitening strips!


Hehe. This way, I would have to wait at least 30 minutes before I can even open my mouth. Afterwards, I would need to brush my teeth to get rid of the chemicals. After all this, it’s just not worth eating and re-brushing my teeth again. Did I also mention, you get sparkling smiles out of it as well? WIN! πŸ˜‰
