PASTA (w/ Lots of Veggies)

You can pretty much toss anything in a pan, pour sauce over it and call it PASTA. Haha, at least that’s my version of it… as long as it TASTES good!

So, here’s my pasta concoction (pretty much combining all the vegetables left over from brunch the day before in my fridge).

Chopped the following veggies: Onions, mushrooms, celery, asparagus, ham and meatballs

For spices, here’s what I put in: salt, ground black and red chili pepper for kicks. Also, always taste as you go and add in anything that appeals to your taste buds!

  1. Sweat the onions until golden brown
  2. Toss the mushroom and stir for a minute
  3. Toss the rest of the ingredients
  4. Last but not least, the homemade pasta sauce and viola!
