Don’t Exercise to Eat, Do Both to be Healthy

The fact of the matter is this, if you eat junk food, your weight loss progress will be hampered. You could work off the extra calories, but think about how much stress you would be putting on your body to make it happen, and it may not even be enough. You run the risk of permanent injuries. There’s also time invested. Overall, it’s probably not worth it. So the next time you’re about to eat something high in refined sugar and processed carbs, think about how much you would have to exert your muscles in order to burn off those calories!

Even if you’re not concerned about an attractive physique, reckless eating should be always be minimized. Just because you work out, doesn’t mean your body can handle all the fat and sugar you’re throwing at it. Diabetes, heart attack, or cancer can still result even if you do “work out” regularly!
